A note from a CruiseQuick client regarding the change to E-Docs

My first reaction to E-docs was the same as everyone else's. I think we all have to get over it and get used to it because this is the wave of the future.

I spoke with Celebrity at length about E-docs and they informed me this is a gradual transition and at some point everyone is going to receive E-docs. Once I adjusted to the idea I found I kind of like it. I printed out 2 copies, one to put away in my bag and one to carry.

The only real annoyance is the lack of baggage tags which I suggested to them could really be done similarly to boarding passes on airplanes. A little glue, a little ingenuity and you're good to go! Wink

The new system has nothing to do with your TA. Celebrity told me that this will be industry wide. We got used to paperless flight, we'll get used to paperless cruising.

As to Cruisequick.com, I have been thrilled with them. I save a lot of money using them. They answer every question I ask in record time. I don't need my hand held when I book a cruise, but they couldn't be nicer if I run into a problem.

It's like all other change that we are forced to accept. Eventually we adjust. The alternative, not to cruise, is not acceptable to me.

Currently Azamara, Carnival, Celebrity, Costa, MSC, Norwegian, Princess and RCCL are using E-Docs.
